Definition: Floating NIOS licence that belongs to a licence pool associated with the entire Grid and is allocated to vNIOS members on demand, then released back to the pool.
Counting rules: Pool keys are generated from the Grid Master LPC_UID. Allocation may not exceed the installed perpetual plus active non-perpetual count. Pool licences are lost on restore or factory reset and are not available as temporary licences.
