- Domino Complete Collaboration 14.5.1 LI: "An Authorized User is a unique person or designated identity having credentials for authenticated access to the Program. The unique person or designated identity is defined by the Domino Directory and any other authentication source used by Licensee".
- Counting rules
- Every employee, temporary agency staff, contractor, consultant or service provider requiring access must be an A/U; roles, tasks or processes with separate credentials are A/Us too. One dedicated entitlement per credential; no sharing; reassignment only on permanent transfer. The DLAU tool counts the needed licensed capacity.
