- Google Cloud Terms of Service (incorporating Google Workspace terms): "End User Account" means a Google-hosted account established by Customer through the GWS Services or Cloud Identity Services in order for an End User to use the GWS Services or Cloud Identity Services." "End Users" means the individuals who are permitted by Customer to use the Services. For clarity, End Users may include employees of Customer Affiliates and other authorized third parties."

- Contractual unit for GWS fees and renewals: additional End User Accounts may be purchased during an Order Term with a pro-rated term ending on the last day of that Order Term; at renewal the Admin Console sets the number of End User Accounts to renew (§8.2(c)). Customer Malfeasance: Google may bill for all End User Accounts used at any time in the month.
