- Google Cloud Terms of Service §2.1(b) (2026-09-02): under either billing option, if Google reasonably determines that the customer or its End Users engaged in bad-faith dealing or used the Services to avoid Fees or circumvent usage limits, Google may bill Fees for the entire month for the total number of End User Accounts used at any time in that month, regardless of whether accounts were disabled. §3.3: no selling, reselling, sublicensing, transferring or distributing the Services, and no use intended to avoid Fees.
