- Google Cloud Terms of Service (2026-09-02): customers may purchase additional End User Accounts during an Order Term by Order Form, Reseller Order or the Admin Console; they have a pro-rated term ending on the last day of the applicable Order Term. Annual/Fixed-Term Plan page: licenses bought after the initial commitment are prorated (worked example: 3 Business Starter licenses added on day 6 of month 4 cost $16.80 for 24 days).
