- Google Cloud Terms of Service §8.2 (2026-09-02): Flexible Plan Order Terms are monthly and renew automatically unless canceled in the Admin Console; Annual/Fixed-Term Plans renew per Order Form or Admin Console elections. The Admin Console sets the number of End User Accounts to renew, at then-current Fees; a party that does not want renewal must notify the other at least 15 days before the end of the Order Term. §2.6: for GWS, Google gives at least 30 days notice of Fee changes, which apply when the Order Term renews.
