Annual/Fixed-Term Plan: licenses reduce only at renewal; early cancellation owes full commitment

- Annual/Fixed-Term Plan page (2026-09-24): you commit to a number of licenses; you can add licenses at any time but cannot remove licenses and lower the price until renewal. Cancelling before the end of the contract leaves you responsible for the full value of the commitment. Reduce user licenses: select "Auto-renew my contract with fewer licenses"; on the renewal date the commitment renews for the number of user accounts you have that day.
