- Conversion to FortiFlex points is final and non-reversible, at 1 FortiFlex = 1.2 FortiPoints below 50,000 FortiFlex points and 1 FortiFlex = 1.0 FortiPoints from 50,000; transferred points are valid for 3 years (5 years above 1,000,000 FortiFlex points). Only available for prepaid FortiFlex programs at the root account level (FortiFlex guide).
