- Definition
- A licence for supervisor access to the Five9 Supervisor application. Supervisor roles can be assigned to many users in the administration console, but the number of supervisors logged in at once is limited by the domain licence.
- Counting rules
- Five9 states the supervisor licence is no longer free of charge; additional licences are requested from the Customer Success Manager or Five9 Sales. The number of supervisor licences is checked through the Customer Success Manager or Support, not the Account tab.
