Subscription Program Terms: "Units of Measure (UoM)" is the metric that is being measured and charged for (e.g. # of instances, # of API calls).
Counting rules
The Usage Metrics table assigns one unit to each service, for example the maximum number of WAF-enabled XC Load Balancers deployed, the number of HTTP(s) requests for CDN, or the number of unique monthly active users for Mobile App Shield.
