- Terms of Use, Special Terms C.4: each ETI Subscription permits access to the ETI Service by a maximum of ten End-Users of the Customer or MSP; persons accessing any part of the ETI Service count as End-Users.
- Counting rules
- Generic (group) email addresses are allowed only if each person using the address is counted. Affiliates and MSP clients are third parties and need their own ETI Subscription.
