- MCA s.2.1: "When Products are licensed to Customer on a named user basis, User Product logins are for designated individual Users only and Customer may not allow a User login to be shared or used by more than one individual User".
- Counting rules
- One login per designated individual User; logins may not be shared, but an individual login may be redeployed to another individual on notice. The customer must monitor usage, including accurate assignment to named users, and pay for Users above the number in the Order. Users are employees or contractors authorized by the customer.
