- Fab EULA section 2(a): Content may be offered at Personal - Reference Only, Personal and Professional tiers. The Personal tiers are open only to licensees that, with controlling and commonly controlled entities, have not generated more than USD 100,000 gross revenue from commercial activity in the digital content industry in the last 12 months.
- Counting rules
- Tier eligibility is tested at the time of the Transaction. A licensee that completes a Transaction for a tier it was not eligible for must pay the difference on request. No upgrade is needed if the threshold is crossed after purchase.
- Floors / minimums
- USD 100,000 gross revenue in the last 12 months for Personal tiers.
