The Epic Games Store EULA grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use software and associated services for personal, non-commercial use.[1]
Software can be added to a user's library either by purchasing a licence or at no charge; the licence to the Epic Games Launcher takes effect when the user accepts the agreement.[2]
The licence conditions prohibit commercial or promotional use, use on more than one device at a time, and selling, renting, leasing or otherwise transferring the software.[3]
Some software is subject to additional or alternative developer licence terms ("Software Specific Terms") between the user and the developer.[4]
Users may not assign or transfer their rights under the agreement without Epic's prior written consent.[5]
