- Text to Speech concurrency (Multilingual v2 / Flash): Free 2/4, Starter 3/6, Creator 5/10, Pro 10/20, Scale and Business 15/30; Speech to Text 8 to 60; Music 0 to 5. Over-limit requests queue at lower priority. Over HTTP each request counts; over the TTS WebSocket only generation time counts.
