- The number of ElevenAgents calls that may run simultaneously on a workspace; calls above it are rejected, queued or, with burst enabled, charged at double rate (ElevenAgents pricing and Burst pricing documentation).
- Counting rules
- Plan limits are 4 (Free), 6 (Starter), 10 (Creator), 20 (Pro), 30 (Scale) and 40 (Business). With burst enabled an agent may reach three times the limit, capped at 300 for non-enterprise customers.
- Floors / minimums
- Enterprise limits are elevated by contract.
