- Master Terms DSG26.0 section 4.2: where an Order Form provides "only a fixed quantity of transactions, uses, or events (Quantity)" and is silent on usage beyond it, the excess is "Extra Usage".
- Counting rules
- Extra Usage is invoiced in arrears as an overage fee on the same billing cycle as the product. The Online Terms ODSG26.1 section 4.5 give the formula Overage Fee = Extra Usage x ((Extended Amount / Quantity) x 1.25).
