- License Terms s.18: "Named User" means Users identified by Customer individually by name, who are registered Users and are distinct from concurrent Users. "User" means any employee or contractor of Customer or its Affiliates that Customer allows to use the Software on its behalf.
- Counting rules
- Counts refer to the number of Named Users and not concurrent users. Named Users may be substituted once per calendar year, or when a Named User leaves or changes role; further substitutions need Dataiku's consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. The Scope of Use on the Order may add user, copy, instance or other restrictions.
