- "Within 30 days of Dataiku’s written request, Customer will certify in a writing signed by a senior compliance officer of Customer that its use of the Software is in full compliance with the terms of this Agreement, including the applicable Scope of Use. If Customer exceeds the Scope of Use, Customer will pay Dataiku for its past and ongoing excess use at the rates set forth in the applicable Order."
