- Collibra legacy-model licence type that allows users to view resources and collaborate through comments, tags and ratings, but not to create, edit or delete resources. Read-only seats are unlimited.

- A user whose roles have no permission requiring a Standard licence has a Read-only required licence; in the 2021 model a Read-only user who participates in a workflow counts as Standard for that calendar month.
