- UOM definition: "A license is required for the total number of active, physical CPUs in each Computer upon which the Product is installed or which the Product manages, either remotely or locally. A CPU is defined as a socket and may contain one or more processor cores."
- Counting rules
- Physical sockets, not cores. The Full Capacity variant counts all active physical CPUs of each Computer; the Subcapacity variant counts the active physical CPUs the Product manages. For Control-M usage reporting on virtual machines, customers count the physical sockets of each VM's physical host.
