- EULA Article 2 §2.2: "A User CAL permits one User (using any Device) to access or use the Server Software."
- Counting rules
- A separate CAL is required for each User that accesses or uses Server Software on any of the customer's Servers; the maximum number of Users accessing a Server at a given interval equals the CALs designated for that Server. CALs cannot be pooled and are tied to one Server Software installation. One-time transfer to another User at the same Site is allowed. Default server mode is Server/CAL with User CALs.
