- P&O APM M&C Software Schedule s.2.34: "Per Server Use" also called "concurrent use" means licensing "wherein the Software may be installed on an unlimited number of Devices provided however that the number of Devices utilizing the services of the Software residing on a single Server is limited by the number of Per Server access licenses purchased".

- Software is installed on a single designated Server; the maximum number of Devices accessing it at a time is the number of concurrent sessions in the License File; direct and indirect connections count (s.5.1).
