- SaaS Subscription Exhibit section 1(h): "User" means any individual accessing or using the Software or SaaS Subscription. A "Login" is the username and password assigned by Customer for each User.
- Counting rules
- Each User may be required to have a Login with unique user identification, and Customer may not permit more than one User to use each Login. Customer pays for all licence types that give access to Users for the entire Subscription Term, whether or not User access is actively used.
- Floors / minimums
- Number of Users or other licence types can be reduced only at the end of the Subscription Term set out in the Order Form.
