- Respond Exhibit section 2: the maximum limit of active data storage for the Service is defined in the Order Form, calculated from active database files and customer-stored static content such as case attachments.
- Counting rules
- Disaster recovery and high availability copies (database backups, file backups, volume snapshots) do not count. Data is retained for 3 months for recovery purposes, and non-standard retention requests may count towards storage limits.
- Floors / minimums
- Additional storage is bought in a minimum order of 5 GB at the prevailing rate (GBP 48.00 UK and EMEA, USD 60.00 North America, AUD 86.67 Australia per 5 GB per year at the agreement date).
