- EDI Terms of Service Schedule 1: monthly transaction fees based on the Transactions sent and received with trading partners within a month, charged per document and per line item at declining tier rates. The Functional Acknowledgement (997) is not considered a document for billing purposes.
- Counting rules
- Document charges are calculated at each tier level (for example USD 1.00 per document for the first 100, USD 0.04 above 5000). Line item charges use the average lines per document. For document types 832, 846, 852, 940, 943, 944 and 945, every 10 line items count as 1 line item.
