- macOS Tahoe 26 SLA §2B(iii): the licensee may “install, use and run up to two (2) additional copies or instances of the Apple Software … within virtual operating system environments on each Apple-branded computer you own or control that is already running the Apple Software”.

- Counted per host Apple-branded computer already running macOS: maximum two additional virtualized copies, for software development, testing during development, macOS Server or personal non-commercial use. Not for service bureau, time-sharing, terminal sharing or relay services except under §3. Under a §3 lease, either Lessor or Lessee (not both) may use the two instances (§3D).
