- Volume Content Service Addendum §8A(i): “alphanumeric codes generated by Apple (“Content Codes”) which are redeemable in the App Store for specific App Store Content (excluding Subscriptions), or in Apple Books for specific Apple Books Content”.
- Counting rules
- One code per copy. The owner of the redeeming Apple Account becomes the licensee (apps) or owner (books) of that copy, non-transferable (§9A). Codes are distributed only to Authorized Users in the Territory (§2B). Codes do not expire, subject to availability (§9A).
