- Guardicore Software License s.1: "'Agent' means the Software's agent component that is installed on virtual machines, physical servers, endpoints, workstations, containers, or other equivalent or similar machines or technologies of the Customer".
- Counting rules
- The licence allows installation of Agents "in such volume as authorized by the Order Form" (License Scope). Pooling or multiplexing to reduce the number of servers, machines, Agents or users is prohibited. The customer keeps an Installation Record of virtual machines, physical servers and workstations running the Software. The Service Descriptions sell separate Agents-Servers and Agents-EndPoint modules.
