- Counting rules
- A licence is assigned to a named user in the Admin Console. There is no limit on the number of users beyond the licences held, and licences are part of the subscription and do not expire unless cancelled. Licences vary by calling zone and licence country.

- Quantity set in the Order and fixed for the Initial Term (36 months if not identified); reductions only at renewal on 45 days' notice.
