- Usage page: when SMS/MMS is included, the customer receives "a monthly aggregate SMS and MMS message pool equal to the number of applicable licenses times 50", counted in carrier message segments.
- Counting rules
- Each message segment sent to one recipient counts as one pooled message. Unused messages do not roll over month to month. Overage in the US is $0.012 per outbound SMS and $0.024 per outbound MMS; in Canada CAD 0.016 and 0.033.

- 50 outbound messages per applicable licence (US and Canada).
