- "Services may be Used by Affiliates of Customer. The terms of the Agreement will apply to Customer’s Affiliates as if they were a signatory to it and Customer shall be responsible for Affiliates’ use of the Services. Any rights of Affiliates to use or access the Service will terminate automatically on ceasing to be an Affiliate."
