- "Customer may not transfer the administration of the Services subscription to any other party without the prior written consent of Unit4. Unit4 may suspend and/or terminate Customer’s right to use the Services if: (i) the Customer does not comply with the terms of this clause 6.3, (ii) the Authorised Reseller does not pay the Charges for the Services to Unit4; or (iii) the Authorised Reseller terminates the agreement with Unit4 for the Services procured by Customer."
