- ThoughtSpot may verify (with Customer’s reasonable cooperation, if necessary) that Customer’s use complies with the purchased use limitations in this Agreement, and if ThoughtSpot determines that Customer has exceeded its permitted use rights, ThoughtSpot will notify Customer and, within 30 days after the date of such notice, Customer will either: (a) reduce its use to match its license grant; or (b) purchase licenses commensurate with its actual use.
