- To initiate a Switch, Customer shall send a Switching Request to Mistral AI at support@mistral.ai no later than two (2) calendar months prior to Customer’s planned Switch initiation date [...] For each Switching Request made before 12 January 2027, Mistral AI may charge the Customer a fixed fee of EUR 1,000 (excl.
