- You may not assign the Agreement without our written consent, except that you may, upon prompt written notice to us, assign the Agreement in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of your assets or equity, to your successor. If you assign or transfer the Agreement to a competitor of ours, we may terminate the Agreement upon written notice.
