- “Unless otherwise specifically set out in this Agreement, in the event of a conflict among the terms of this Agreement, the following order of precedence will apply to the extent of the conflict: (i) the DPA or a Business Associate Agreement between the parties (if applicable), (ii) any Order Form or SOW, to the extent the applicable term is expressly superseded in the Order Form or SOW, (iii) any Product-Specific Terms, and (iv) the remainder of this Agreement.”
