- "If the Customer and Exact have agreed in the Exact SaaS Agreement on a restriction for the number and size of the transactions, mutations or financial entries recorded by the Customer, whether or not for a certain period, Exact may, if this number is exceeded, charge the costs of exceeded numbers to the Customer at the agreed rate for each exceeded quantity and/or size."
