- "Customer agrees to pay for such overconsumption for the remainder of the Subscription Term at the pricing specified for ordering additional Services in the applicable Order Form (and if not specified in the Order Form, including any linked pricing therein, at Egnyte’s then-current list pricing). Any overconsumption shall set a new high-water mark in Customer’s Services commitment for the Subscription Term."
