- "Customer is responsible for monitoring its consumption of the Boomi Services. Boomi may also conduct usage analysis at any time during the term of the Agreement. If the analysis reveals that Customer's use of the Boomi Services exceeds the consumption threshold specified in the applicable Order, including any use of the Boomi Services following the expiration or termination of an Order, Boomi will issue an Order for the difference between the quantities stated in the existing Order and the consumption reflected in the analysis."
