Excerpt: "AVEVA hereby grants to the Customer, for the license term specified in such Order Form or otherwise in CONNECT, a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to Use the On Premises Product only on the Customer Premises in accordance with this Agreement; and (ii) this license shall not extend to any Customer Affiliate unless such Affiliate is specifically named on the applicable Order Form."
