- To be eligible to bring licenses without License Mobility benefits, the licenses must be perpetual, originally purchased before October 1, 2019 (or originally purchased as a true-up under an active Enterprise Enrollment that was effective prior to October 1, 2019). The version of the software deployed must also be versions that were available prior to October 1, 2019.
