Zoho

Zoho Corporation makes a suite of online business applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Assist, Zoho Workplace and the Zoho One bundle. Its services are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions, mostly priced per user, and several products offer free plans alongside paid editions.

  1. Zoho services are available under subscription plans of various durations, and a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is downgraded to a free plan or cancelled.[1]

  2. The terms prohibit sharing a user licence or letting more than one individual use it, other than by reassigning the licence to a new user.[2]

  3. Zoho may terminate unpaid user accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 120 days, with prior notice, deleting the associated data.[3]

  4. Zoho CRM is free for up to 3 users; paid editions such as Standard and Professional are priced per user per month, with savings for annual billing.[4]

  5. Zoho One offers an all-employee pricing plan, which requires licences for all employees on the payroll, and a flexible-user plan for any number of users.[5]
