Yahoo grants a personal, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable and non-exclusive licence to use the software and APIs it provides as part of the Services, solely to use the Services as the Terms permit.[1]
Users may not reverse engineer or extract the source code of Yahoo software without explicit written permission, unless applicable law prohibits that restriction.[2]
Yahoo software may automatically download and install security or other updates without prior notice.[3]
Users may not sell, distribute or exploit for commercial purposes any portion of the Services, including content, advertisements, APIs and software.[4]
Many fee-based Services auto-renew at the end of each term at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the period ends.[5]
