Worksoft
Worksoft develops codeless test automation software for enterprise applications such as SAP and Oracle, including Worksoft Certify and the Connective Automation Platform (CAP). Its products are sold on subscription under agreements with Worksoft or its qualified partners, with fees agreed in writing.

Worksoft's Terms of Service for its AWS-hosted service grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service solely for software output testing and analytics.[1]
Any browser plug-in required by the hosted service is licensed, not sold, and may be used only in connection with the service; copying, modifying and reverse engineering are prohibited.[2]
Service fees are as agreed in writing or under an authorised promotion, and Worksoft may modify fees by posting them on its website, without affecting fees already received.[3]
Worksoft's Smarter Choices offer gave net-new customers 25% off standard pricing for a three-year subscription commitment to CAP licences, purchasable directly or through a Worksoft-qualified partner, for opportunities qualified before 31 December 2025.[4]
