WoodWing

WoodWing Software B.V. and its group companies make content and information management software, including WoodWing Studio for editorial publishing, WoodWing Assets for digital asset management, and the Scienta, Xtendis and Qonqord lines. Contracts fall under the Dutch NL Digital terms, whose Software License and SaaS modules set a non-transferable right of use with agreed usage restrictions.

  1. WoodWing Software's General Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all offers, agreements and activities of the contracting WoodWing group company, and use the NL Digital (formerly ICT~Office / Nederland ICT) terms, including modules for software licences, maintenance, and application service provision / software as a service.[1]

  2. Group companies Scienta B.V., Expansion B.V. (WoodWing Xtendis) and Qonqord B.V. use their own general terms and conditions.[2]

  3. Under the Software License module, the right of use is non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable, and maintenance and support are not included unless agreed in writing.[3]

  4. Agreed use restrictions may cover hardware type, number of processing units, named individuals, maximum simultaneous or total users, location and purpose of use; breaching them is both a breach of contract and an infringement of intellectual property rights.[4]

  5. The supplier may require licence codes before use and may apply technical measures at any time to protect the software against unlawful or unagreed use.[5]
