Vertafore

Vertafore develops insurance agency software, including the AMS360 agency management system and BenefitPoint. Its solutions are licensed for a term under Vertafore's Standard Terms according to a licence metric stated in each order.

Licensing at a Glance

  • Subscription
  • Named user
  • Concurrent user
  1. Vertafore's Standard Terms grant a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use a Vertafore solution according to the licence metric in the order, solely for the customer's internal business operations and for the term in the order.[1]

  2. Customers cannot terminate or reduce the licence metric during the initial or a renewal term; agreements renew automatically unless either party gives notice at least 60 days before the term ends, and licence reductions also need 60 days' written notice and take effect at the next term.[2]

  3. AMS360 Online requires a user licence for each user with a valid login; the built-in Administrator employee does not count against the licences.[3]

  4. AMS360 In-house uses concurrent licensing: a licence is consumed by each unique combination of user ID, agency number or workstation name logged in at the same time.[4]

  5. By signing an order, customers accept Vertafore's Standard Terms together with any Solution Terms and Third-Party Terms that apply to the products ordered.[5]
