Verint

Verint Systems Inc. makes customer engagement software for contact centres, including workforce engagement, quality and CX analytics products delivered through its Verint Open Platform. Its products and services are acquired under the Verint Master Agreement, mainly as SaaS subscriptions.

  • Subscription

  1. The Verint Master Agreement governs the acquisition and use of Verint products and services and was last updated on June 17, 2025.[1]

  2. Verint grants a nonexclusive, nontransferable, personal right to use SaaS Services for internal business use during the Access Term, up to the SaaS Access Rights specified in the Order.[2]

  3. On-premise components are licensed only for use in conjunction with the SaaS Services during the Access Term.[3]

  4. Customers must allow Verint or its agent to audit records and systems to verify compliance, including running Verint-provided utilities to determine actual usage.[4]

  5. Customers may not assign, sublicense or transfer the agreement without Verint’s prior written consent.[5]

  6. Verint products and services may not be accessed to monitor their availability, performance or functionality or for other benchmarking or competitive purposes, and Verint’s direct competitors may not access its products without prior written consent.[6]
