Vasion

Vasion makes PrinterLogic serverless print management, PrinterLogic Output and the Vasion Automate document and workflow platform. Products are sold as subscriptions licensed by Queues, with AI and compute-heavy operations metered through prepaid Logics credits.

  1. Vasion's Terms of Service replace the former Master Software Agreement and, together with the Product and Consumption Terms, are published on its legal page.[1]

  2. Vasion licensing has three parts: purchased capability (Queues, Storage and add-ons such as Advanced Security and Cost Management, fixed and billed in advance), metered consumption through Logics, and operations included at no extra charge.[2]

  3. PrinterLogic (formerly marketed as Vasion Print) is licensed per PL Queue, PrinterLogic Output per PLO Queue, and Vasion Automate per Vasion Queue plus Logics, where one Vasion Queue covers one Published Workflow or Signature Template.[3]

  4. Logics are prepaid consumption credits for operations such as certified eSignature, intelligent document processing and workflow runs over the monthly allowance; included Logics expire each subscription year, while unused Logic Pack credits roll over for one renewal term.[4]

  5. PrinterLogic and PrinterLogic Output are available in Standard and Government environments, while Vasion Automate is available in Standard only.[5]
