- TrendAI End-of-Life Policy. End-of-Sale is the date a product or service stops being generally available for purchase or renewal, End-of-Life is the date maintenance is no longer available, and a Sustain state means no new functionality but continued updates, patches and technical support. [1]
- Apex One program build support policy. Since 2022-12-01 Apex One and Apex Central on-premises builds are supported for 18 months after the month of their release, and fixes are made against the latest build. [3]
- Deep Security release strategy and life cycle policy. Major releases get standard support until three years and end of life four years after release; Deep Security 20 updates released in 2023 and later follow the same three and four year offsets from their own release date, and feature releases have shorter support periods. [7][6]
- TippingPoint End-of-Life Policy. Hardware is supported for at least three years after End-of-Sale, and operating system (TOS) releases are announced for End-of-Life at least six months in advance using commercially reasonable efforts. [8]
